Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of N-Pro scrum cap, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, your N-Pro headguard must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your N-Pro head protection must be returned in the original packaging with booklet.
Please provide us with the name of the courier and the tracking number when returning your N-Pro head protection. We are not responsible for any return item lost in transit.

Refunds and Shipping
You must cover the cost of return shipping if
- You have changed your mind
- You have ordered the wrong size. Please double check how to calculate the correct size before proceeding to checkout.
Refunds due to change of mind or wrong size will be exclusive of delivery charges. $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of initial shipping.
N-Pro will cover the cost of the return shipping if your N-Pro is damaged or faulty or we have mistakenly sent you the wrong size.
Where your N-Pro is damaged or faulty you will be issued a full refund inclusive of initial delivery charges. We will require pictures to be emailed on the same day you have signed for your delivery.
Returning an item to change the size
Where an item has been returned because you chose the incorrect size and wish to swap for another size, shipping charges will be applied for the 2nd delivery. These charges will vary, depending on your suburb but will be a minimum of $15.
Returned orders due to an incorrect address.
Where your N-Pro scrum cap has been returned because you gave an incorrect address you will be liable for the cost of the return plus the cost of processing and shipping the order a second time. The redelivery charges will vary, depending on your suburb but will be a minimum of $15.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you based upon your method of payment. You should receive a refund within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
